Instructional Designer

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to plan, design, and develop eLearning training content for the organization. This includes meeting with business process owners to understand course requirements, preparation of storyboards, and construction of eLearning courses.

Requirements

• Understanding of cognitive flow, structure, and sequencing of information
• Experience with Projects/Program Management and ADDIE Development Lifecycle
• Ability to analyze instructional design project requirements
• Collaboration with subject matter experts, team members, and project managers
