IS Supervisor

Thompson Industrial is looking for an IS Supervisor to work at a customer location and join their safety-conscious team. The Supervisor IS will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintaining good customer relations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 plus years of experience within the industrial cleaning industry
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• RCRA certificates
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management
• Strong knowledge in operating equipment used in the service line
• Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal
• Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
• Experience with Win Web
• Attention to detail & highly organized
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment is preferred
• Current certification as an authorized Company driver
• CDL and forklift, and backhoe certified to assist with in plant operations as needed
