IS Supervisor

Thompson Industrial is seeking an IS Supervisor to join their safety-conscious team. The role involves supervising crews, planning daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining good customer relations. The Supervisor IS serves as a representative of Thompson Industrial, creating a continuous working relationship with clients and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 plus years of experience within the industrial cleaning industry.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• RCRA certificates.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management.
• Strong knowledge in operating equipment used in the service line.
• Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal.
• Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel. Microsoft Access is a Plus
• Experience with Win Web
• Attention to detail & highly organized
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment is preferred.
• Current certification as an authorized Company driver.
• CDL and forklift, and backhoe certified to assist with in plant operations as needed
