Job Description
The IS Supervisor is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes ensuring compliance with Company policies/procedures and maintaining good customer relations. The Supervisor IS serves as a representative of Thompson Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 plus years of experience within the industrial cleaning industry
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- RCRA certificates
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management
