The Oil and Gas Solids Control Sales Specialist is responsible for profitable revenue growth in the oil and gas sector, specifically within solids control, drilling fluids, and waste management services. This role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and supporting field operations to deliver cost-effective solutions for drilling contractors and operators.
Requirements
- Drive revenue growth in the solids control and oilfield services line of business within assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, focusing on drilling contractors, operators, and service partners.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for solids control equipment, drilling waste management, and related services.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships by conducting site visits, presentations, and solution-based sales meetings.
- Provide technical expertise regarding drilling fluids, cuttings management, centrifuges, shakers, dryers, and waste minimization solutions.
