Job Description
HPC-Industrial is looking for an Operations Manager to plan, lead, and coordinate daily branch operations, improving operational efficiencies and ensuring customer expectations are met. The Operations Manager will oversee waste management services, manage onsite employees, and develop operational and financial key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or operations role
- Valid driver's license
