Job Description
HPC-Industrial is looking for an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure customer expectations are met. The Operations Manager will oversee waste management services, manage onsite employees, and develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
Requirements
- Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of customer locations
- Manage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversight of Clean Harbors onsite employees
- Ensure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized to support productivity, service quality, and profitability
- Develop, monitor, and measure against operational and financial key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Guide the professional development of onsite personnel through coaching, training, and mentoring
