Requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
- Direct and optimize overall operations
- Review operational reports and provide operational input
- Monitor branch performance and provide solutions to problems
- Ensure employees are operating according to company goals and policies
- Conduct periodic field visits to inspect equipment and working environment
- Work closely with District Manager to monitor safety statistics and ensure compliance with reporting procedures
- Prepare annual budget and enforce cost controls
- Monitor equipment and parts inventories and purchasing process
- Perform annual Performance Reviews of staff
- Identify and communicate potential growth opportunities for the company
- Direct weekly meetings to ensure effective dissemination of information and tasks
