Job Description
HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their safety conscious team. The Operations Manager will plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily branch operations to improve operational efficiencies and ensure customer expectations are met and/or exceeded.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement processes to improve performance
