Job Description
HPC-Industrial is looking for an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring customer expectations are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with experience in waste management, health and safety, and operations.
Requirements
- Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily branch operations
- Improve operational efficiencies through effective utilization of equipment and scheduling of personnel
- Interact with Sales Team, Customer Contractor Manager, and other support staff to ensure customer expectations are met
- Transitioning Military with skills and training to leverage
- Directly supervise employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management
