Job Description
Seeking an Operations Manager to manage overall branch operations, drive revenue growth, and provide direction, growth, and success of the Company and its Employees.
Requirements
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
- Direct and optimize overall operations
- Monitor overall branch performance
- Provide overall leadership and direction
- Ensure employees are operating according to company goals and core values
- Conduct periodic field visits
- Work closely with District Manager
- Aggressively market the Company services
- Prepare annual budget
- Monitor on-going updates of equipment and parts inventories
- Perform annual Performance Reviews
- Identify and communicate potential growth opportunities
- Direct weekly meetings
- Participate in the preparation of annual recommendations
- Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
