Clean Harbors is hiring a Program Manager to grow, maintain, and coordinate existing programs with an assigned region. The successful candidate will work with sales and operations to ensure customer expectations are met, identify and resolve issues, and develop full-scale project plans.
Requirements
- Work with sales and operations to ensure all customer expectations are met
- Meet weekly with admins to go over unbilled, AR and pending branch items
- Identify reoccurring AR issues that need improvement and provide resolutions
- Help develop our internal processes and system to align with customer PMO system
- Work with assigned GCC team and Ebilling team to ensure invoices are successfully submitted
- Provide customized data reports on specific spend to customer and branch
- Provide management with update reports on each account and any issues that are outstanding
- Perform special projects/tasks as assigned
- Coach, mentor, motivate and oversee project managers and team members
