Clean Harbors is looking to hire a Program Manager in Stockton, CA. The Program Manager will be responsible for growing, maintaining, and coordinating existing programs with an assigned region. Requirements
- Work with sales and operations to ensure all customer expectations are met
- Meet weekly with admins to go over unbilled, AR and pending branch items
- Identify reoccurring AR issues that need improvement and provide resolutions
- Help develop internal processes and system to align with customer PMO system
- Work with assigned GCC team and Ebilling team to make sure invoices are successfully submitted
- Provide customized data reports on specific spend to customer and branch
- Perform special projects/tasks as assigned
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and oversee project managers and other team members
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones
