Job Description
Program Manager position available at Clean Harbors in Stockton, CA. Responsible for growing and maintaining programs, working with sales and operations, and providing management with update reports on each account.
Requirements
- Work with sales and operations to ensure customer expectations are met
- Meet weekly with admins to review unbilled, AR and pending branch items
- Identify and resolve reoccurring AR issues
- Develop internal processes and system to align with customer PMO system
- Provide customized data reports on specific spend to customer and branch
- Coach, mentor, and motivate project managers and team members
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
