Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new customers
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
- Partner with Operations and Customer Service teams to deliver high standard of service
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively
- Produce and maintain project related documentation and collateral
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports
- Manage a concurrent portfolio of projects
- Serve as a decisive leader and key decision maker
