Clean Harbors is looking to hire a Regional Container Coordinator to drive the implementation of container standard operating procedures within designated regions. The role will support the goals of the Container Management program and work closely with container contacts at branch locations to ensure the review and implementation of all CMG SOP's.
Requirements
- Works closely with container contacts at branch locations to ensure the review and implementation of all CMG SOP's.
- Drives asset utilization, ensures branch tracking, revenue accrual, vendor box tracking and labeling are current.
- Provides central support and interface to central billing for all container tracking issues as it relates to container rental, drop and liner fee invoicing.
- Creates, numbers and labels all containers within the region, and updates the system for containers received from the field that need to be approved and activated.
- Completes regular inventory scans at the facility or holding yard and reconciles scan results using the Discrepancy Workbench.
- Performs the month end Deferred Revenue scan of full containers if located at a facility on the first day of each month.
- Routes empty containers to designated maintenance inspection area for all Clean Harbors and rented containers processed through the facility, and designates each container as customer ready, ready to return to vendor, in need of repair, or in need of a washout.
