Job Description
As a Licensed Clinical Counselor at CleanSlate Centers, you will provide compassionate, individualized care to patients struggling with substance use disorders, helping them build a future rooted in stability and hope. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives holistic support.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current and unrestricted state licensure to practice independently as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
- Proficiency in evidence-based counseling practices and treatment planning
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport
- Familiarity with ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards in behavioral health
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a treatment team
