Requirements

• Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current and unrestricted state licensure to practice independently as a behavioral health professional
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
• Proficiency in evidence-based counseling practices and treatment planning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport
• Familiarity with ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards in behavioral health
