Licensed Clinical Counselor

Provide compassionate, individualized care to patients struggling with substance use disorders, using evidence-based interventions and collaborative treatment planning. Conduct comprehensive assessments, facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, and document treatment progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and advocate for patients' needs within the treatment system and community.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current and unrestricted state licensure to practice independently as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
• Proficiency in evidence-based counseling practices and treatment planning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport
• Familiarity with ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards in behavioral health
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a treatment team
