We are looking for a flexible and supportive Senior Aquatic Ecologist to join our people-focused and innovative consultancy. As a Consultant or Senior Aquatic Ecologist, you will be involved in planning and overseeing the delivery of freshwater ecology surveys and projects, providing high-quality advice and practical land management to clients.
Requirements
- Experienced in undertaking fish habitat assessments
- Relevant degree in ecology, environmental science or related discipline
- Full or Associate Member of CIEEM or another relevant organisation
- Full, clean, UK driving licence
- Team Lead electrofishing qualification
- Experience in planning, co-ordinating and leading freshwater projects
- Report writing, data management and data analysis
- Commercial awareness from experience in consultancy
