Job Description
CLEAR is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to manage commercial contract review and negotiation in support of its secure identity business. The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising business teams on legal and financial risks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficient deal execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of legal experience focused on commercial contracting, technology transactions, and/or corporate law
- Juris Doctor and membership in at least one U.S. state bar in good standing
- Deep experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Providing pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams
- Managing a high volume of transactions independently
- Strong understanding of key issues in commercial agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust across the organization and drive collaborative, solutions-oriented outcomes
