Job Description
CLEAR is seeking an experienced attorney to manage commercial and regulatory litigation, oversee corporate and operational compliance, and support other aspects of its secure identity business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of legal experience in litigation, regulatory law, and/or compliance
- Juris Doctor and membership in at least one U.S. state bar in good standing
- Providing pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice
- Partnering directly with cross-functional teams
- Managing complex legal matters with independence and sound judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
