Job Description
CLEAR is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to develop lasting relationships with healthcare customers and drive the CLEAR mission of removing friction for our members. The successful candidate will have experience in healthcare, project management, and customer success, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Build broad and deep relationships within healthcare customers
- Continually expand the use of CLEAR throughout the customer footprint
- Work as a liaison between client and cross-functional internal teams
- Responsible for ensuring customer operational success
- Actively seek to understand our customer’s needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions
