Job Description
Leasing Agent responsible for managing the full leasing cycle, delivering a high-quality leasing experience, and maximizing occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Previous experience in apartment leasing or residential property management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High energy, outgoing personality, and professional appearance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Yardi experience is a plus
