National Leasing Specialist drives occupancy, executes targeted marketing strategies, and stabilizes underperforming assets across the national portfolio. Assignments last 4–8 weeks and may consist of multiple properties within a portfolio. Ideal for high-performing leasing professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Benefits
- Base Pay: $17–$21 per hour
- Commission Structure: $75 per move-in, $300-$1,000 bonus for leases, $150 per lease (if applicable)
- 2 weeks PTO between assignments
