National Leasing Specialist

Clear Investment Group is seeking a National Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy, execute targeted marketing strategies, and stabilize underperforming assets across our national portfolio. The ideal candidate is a high-performing leasing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to new markets, teams, and property conditions.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience
• Strong understanding of lead conversion strategy and leasing best practices
• Highly results-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation
• Comfortable working independently in new environments with minimal oversight
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi, Entrata, KnockCRM, or similar preferred)

Benefits

• Base Pay: $17–$21 per hour (depending on experience and market)
• $75 per move-in
• 15 leases during assignment: $300 bonus
• 20 leases during assignment: $600 bonus
• 25+ leases during assignment: $1,000 bonus
• Lease-Up Premium (if applicable): $150 per lease
• 2 weeks PTO between assignments
