Traveling Leasing Agent (Multi-State)

The Traveling Leasing Agent plays a critical role in driving occupancy, executing targeted marketing strategies, and stabilizing underperforming assets across our national portfolio. This position is designed for high-performing leasing professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to new markets, teams, and property conditions.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience.
• Strong understanding of lead conversion strategy and leasing best practices.
• Highly results-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation.
• Comfortable working independently in new environments with minimal oversight.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi, Entrata, KnockCRM, or similar preferred).
• Comfortable executing both digital and grassroots marketing strategies.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up.
• Willing and able to travel for extended periods (4–8 weeks per assignment).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends as leasing demand requires.

Benefits

• Base Pay: $17–$21 per hour (depending on experience and market)
• $75 per move-in
• 15 leases during assignment: $300 bonus
• 20 leases during assignment: $600 bonus
• 25+ leases during assignment: $1,000 bonus
• Lease-Up Premium (if applicable): $150 per lease
• 2 weeks PTO between assignments
