Requirements

• 1-2+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience
• Strong understanding of lead conversion strategy and leasing best practices
• Highly results-driven and motivated by performance-based compensation

Benefits

• Base Pay: $17-$21 per hour (depending on experience and market)
• Commission Structure: $75 per move-in, $300 bonus for 15 leases, $600 bonus for 20 leases, $1,000 bonus for 25+ leases
• Lease-Up Premium (if applicable): $150 per lease
• 2 weeks PTO between assignments
