We are recruiting for an Associate Implementation Manager to join E Works, a growing software provider delivering job management and field service software to businesses across the UK. As an Associate Implementation Manager, you will play a key role in onboarding new customers onto the platform, ensuring a smooth and professional transition from sale through to successful adoption.
Requirements
- Experience within field service or job management software environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects
- A practical problem-solver with a strong attention to detail
