Associate Program Manager

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to support the delivery of energy efficiency programs in Maine, working closely with stakeholders to drive high levels of client and customer satisfaction. The role involves building trusted partnerships, communicating complex ideas, managing priorities, and tracking program budgets and goals.

Requirements

• Support efforts to facilitate program participation and drive high levels of client and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross functional internal teams
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives
• Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress
• Support Clients effectively
