Clearly is seeking a Head of Growth to lead the company's next stage of growth through product, technology, and new business models, primarily through marketing and other channels. The ideal candidate has deep growth experience and a genuine growth mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth, strategy, or general management roles in marketplaces, SaaS, or similar environments
- Proven track record of scaling B2C businesses with ownership over results
- Strong understanding of product-led growth and how technology can drive acquisition and retention
- Experience designing and validating new growth directions or business models
- Experience working with unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback) in the context of new launches and experimentation
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in funnel analysis, cohorts, and experimentation
- Ability to turn data into decisions and prioritize effectively
- Experience with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar (SQL is a plus)
- Founder-level ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Fast decision-making and structured thinking
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing new approaches
