Job Description
ClearPath Medical is seeking a Human Resources Manager to build and maintain HR infrastructure across a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HR manager experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated knowledge of California employment law
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and working directly with external staffing agencies
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP certification
- Experience building or formalizing HR processes and documentation from the ground up
