The Human Resources Manager will oversee all human resources functions for the manufacturing facility while ensuring compliance with union agreements and fostering positive labor relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years of experience working directly with unions is desired.
