Human Resource Manager

Street Level Strategy is hiring a Human Resources Manager to oversee Talent Acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience and expertise in HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or equivalent
• Professional HR certifications such as SPHR, PHRca, or SHRM-CP is required
• Expertise with HRIS programs with experience using ADP Workforce Now and Bamboo HR preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
