Operations Manager

ClearPoint is hiring an Operations Manager on a permanent, full-time basis to own the execution of their business operational function. The role involves managing facilities and office environment, corporate systems, events and travel, sustainability, corporate policies, Health & Safety, and team leadership, with a focus on using AI and automation to streamline processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an operations management or similar role in a mid small or mid sized company
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and govern SaaS spend
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience planning and delivering internal events or employee experience programmes
• Experience as a system administrator or power user of corporate SaaS platforms
• A solid understanding of information security principles, ideally with hands-on experience contributing to or driving an ISO 27001 programme
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context
• Experience identifying and implementing process automation or efficiency improvements
