Job Description
Our client, a leading insurance agency, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Salesperson to join their growing agency. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing business in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads provided by the agency to discuss insurance needs.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options (auto, home, renters, umbrella, etc.).
- Present insurance quotes clearly and effectively, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Manage the sales process – from initial contact to policy insurance.
- Provide excellent service to build trust and encourage policy renewals and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and conversion goals.
- Maintain accurate client and policy records in the agency management system.
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and state insurance regulations.
