Job Description
Clearsite Industrial LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting, track recruiting metrics, and coordinate onboarding processes from offer acceptance through start date.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR administration
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer support
- Experience coordinating onboarding processes from offer acceptance through start date
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using ATS/job boards or equivalent tools
- Working knowledge of HR administration and basic HR compliance in recruiting and onboarding
- Familiarity with I-9 processing, confidential employee file management, and HR documentation
- Familiarity with DOT-related hiring requirements, including MVR reviews and pre-employment drug testing
