Job Description
Join our dynamic HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support HR Talent department on a temporary basis, gaining valuable experience in HR operations in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Provide administrative support to the HR Talent team
- Assist with applicant tracking and communication using HRIS system (ADP) and Applicant Tracking System (iCims)
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word
- Support daily HR functions such as new employee onboarding, data entry, and correspondence
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth recruitment workflows and a positive candidate experience
