Requirements

• Prepares and/or pre-portions food for regular and therapeutic diets, according to the planned menu and as directed
• Handles food using proper food handling and food safety techniques according to established policies and procedures
• Cleans and sanitizes all food preparation equipment and ensures that it is kept in safe and operable condition
