We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team at ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Lecanto, FL. As a LPN, you will deliver skilled nursing services and support individualized care plans for patients with various conditions.
Requirements
- LPN License (State of Florida)
- CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred
- 1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
