Requirements

• Evaluates and treats patients with breathing disorders
• Performs medically prescribed respiratory care procedures
• Assesses patient's condition using professional judgment
• Maintains and cleans/sterilizes equipment and work area
• Communicates appropriate information to patient and family
• Stands by and assists during special procedures
• Maintains regular attendance in keeping with assigned work schedule
