Team Leader | Solar Campaign

We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader with experience in the US Solar industry to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year CSR experience in any Solar account
• At least 6 months Team Leader experience (BPO or Solar industry preferred)
• Salesforce experience is a strong plus
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment
