Job Description
Clearstory is seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to help maintain, operate, and evolve the systems that power their go-to-market and customer lifecycle. This role will support the success of their revenue systems and processes, with HubSpot at the center and tightly integrated tools including Gong, CPQ/document automation (PandaDoc), data enrichment and orchestration platforms (ZoomInfo and Clay).
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM administration, configuration, and workflows
- Deep experience working directly in HubSpot as a system administrator
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy and reliability
- Comfortable supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
