Job Description
Clearstory is seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to help maintain, operate, and evolve the systems that power their go-to-market engine. The successful candidate will partner with the Head of Revenue Operations to maintain system health, enforce data standards, ensure process documentation and adherence, and continuously improve automation and workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM administration, configuration, and workflows
- Deep experience working directly in HubSpot as a system administrator
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy and reliability
- Comfortable supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Organized, dependable, and process-driven
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones
