Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our R&D PMO team to help organize and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in program management, product operations, consulting, or a similar cross-functional role
• Highly organized and ability to bring structure to complex initiatives
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Aha!, Salesforce, or similar platforms for program tracking and workflow management
• Familiarity with reporting or dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
