Cleary Gottlieb is a global law firm seeking a Senior Real Estate Staff Attorney to support commercial real estate transaction diligence, review and summarize leases, and prepare and review title abstracts. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience practicing real estate law and a strong understanding of real estate title insurance and conveyancing principles.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 5+ years of experience practicing real estate law, with a focus on commercial transactions
• Strong understanding of real estate title insurance, conveyancing principles, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and resolve intricate legal issues
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate legal strategies and advice clearly
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems
