Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a well-regarded law firm with a strong national presence, based in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial leasing matters alongside a team of experienced real estate attorneys.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of significant commercial real estate transactional experience, with an emphasis on leasing.
- Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Major law firm experience preferred.
- High academic achievement.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
Benefits
- Anticipated base salary range: $280,000 to $325,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
