Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a national law firm in New York. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, financing, and lease agreements, as well as assisting on matters involving land use, zoning, and development approvals.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the New York bar
- 1–3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
