Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 200 firm nationally recognized for its exceptional legal talent, deep policy expertise, and sophisticated business insight. The firm’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its team in Denver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, or New York.

Requirements

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development, and joint venture matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and documentation with precision and strategic insight.
• Manage complex deal structures and coordinate across multiple parties, including lenders, investors, and developers.
• Provide practical and business-minded legal counsel to clients navigating sophisticated real estate matters.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys while taking on increasing levels of responsibility and client engagement.
