Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a nationally recognized law firm in its New York office. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney with experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions who is looking to join a collaborative, national real estate practice.
Requirements
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission
- 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Experience across the full life cycle of real estate transactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism in working with clients and investors
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and maintain strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team-oriented environments
